- 3 bell peppers vary color, chopped
- 1 pineapple cored and chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Marinade
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
