  • 16 oz chicken breast cubed
  • 3 bell peppers vary color, chopped
  • 1 pineapple cored and chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Marinade

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
